Consequences of Cancellation
In cases of successful cancellation the services received by both parties are to be returned (and any benefits obtained (e.g. interest) surrendered). Insofar as you are not able to return to us the received service in part or in whole - or only in a worse condition - you may be required to provide us with compensation for lost value in this respect. This does not apply with respect to the return of items if the deterioration in the item is exclusively attributable to its inspection - as may have occurred in a shop, for example. Furthermore, you can avoid the obligation to provide compensation for lost value by not using the item as if it were your property and refraining from any activity that might impair its value. In cases where goods are returned from a consignment whose total order value is up to €40.00, the costs of returning the items is to be borne by you if the items supplied correspond to those ordered. In all other cases the items may be returned free of charge by  you.

Costs/Method of Returning Items
The costs of returning the items are to be borne by you if the items delivered correspond to those ordered and the price of the items to be returned does not exceed an amount of €40.00. Please contact us before returning the items if the price of the items to be returned exceeds an amount of €40.00. If possible you should return the goods to us in their original packaging with all of the packaging components. Please use protective outer packaging if necessary. If you are no longer in possession of the original packaging, please ensure sufficient protection against transport damage through the use of appropriate packaging.

Upon the publication of this catalogue / the update of the Internet pages, all previous prices are no longer valid.
