Shipping

When will my delivery arrive?

  • The items that you order will be delivered to you within 1 to 3 working days. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will send you all the available products as a partial delivery first, if possible. This will not incur any additional shipping costs.

Can I track the shipment?

  • Yes. If you have provided your email address, a tracking number will be sent to you so that you can track your parcel. If you have any questions about your order, please call us on 02151/623390.

How much are the shipping costs?

  • The shipping costs within Germany are 5.95 euros. For deliveries abroad, other conditions of delivery and payment apply. Further information about shipping costs is available here

Can you also make deliveries to a different delivery address?

  • Yes, you can specify an invoice address with a different delivery address when you place your order.

Do you also deliver abroad?

  • Yes, with respectively different shipping costs. Further information about shipping costs is available here

Are express shipments available?

  • No, we deliver within 1 to 3 working days.


Payment
How do I pay for my order?

  • The following methods of payment are available to customers from Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the Benelux countries:
    - Credit card
    - PayPal
    - Direct debit
    - Invoice (payable upon receipt of invoice)

We offer customers from other foreign countries the following methods of payment:
- Credit card
- PayPal

Early payment discounts are not available.

  • You can change your data in the account area.

Data protection
Why do you need my email address?
  • We will use your email address to contact you in the event of queries. It also allows us to inform you about the progress of your parcel. If you wish, we can also offer you the option of receiving news from us by email.
Will my data be passed on to third parties?
  • No, we strictly adhere to data protection regulations and do not pass on any customer data to third parties.
Why do you want to know how I became aware of you?
  • This information is very helpful for us to be able to advertise according to each target group thereby successfully distribute our products.


Catalogue
When will the new REMEMBER® catalogue be available?

    • The new catalogue is now available. You are welcome to order it on 02151/623390 or to use our order form on our homepage.
    • If you are a customer already, the catalogue will be sent to you automatically in mid-November.


    Product returns
    How does a product return work?
    • You can revoke your order within fourteen days. You can send the revocation by fax, email or post or you can use the revocation form on our homepage: www.remember.de/widerrufsformular and send this easily online.

    Who covers the costs for the return?
    • The return shipment is only free of charge for you if you use the enclosed return slip.

    Can I buy vouchers from you?
    • Yes, you can buy three different gift vouchers from you:
    Voucher to print out immediately (if time is of the essence),
    Voucher by email (to be sent to the recipient of a gift, e.g. if you are unable to meet them in person),
    Voucher card by post (an attractive folding card which you can also send directly to the recipient of the gift. We will add your individual text in loving style by hand.)
    Are there any shops where it is possible to see the items on site?
    • Yes, please use the retailer search on our homepage.
    Can we collect the goods from you?
    • No, unfortunately, that is not possible. Krefeld is the home of our offices only.
