When will my delivery arrive?
- The items that you order will be delivered to you within 1 to 3 working days. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will send you all the available products as a partial delivery first, if possible. This will not incur any additional shipping costs.
Can I track the shipment?
- Yes. If you have provided your email address, a tracking number will be sent to you so that you can track your parcel. If you have any questions about your order, please call us on 02151/623390.
How much are the shipping costs?
- The shipping costs within Germany are 5.95 euros. For deliveries abroad, other conditions of delivery and payment apply. Further information about shipping costs is available here.
Can you also make deliveries to a different delivery address?
- Yes, you can specify an invoice address with a different delivery address when you place your order.
Do you also deliver abroad?
- Yes, with respectively different shipping costs. Further information about shipping costs is available here.
Are express shipments available?
- No, we deliver within 1 to 3 working days.
- The following methods of payment are available to customers from Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the Benelux countries:

- Direct debit
- Invoice (payable upon receipt of invoice)
- You can change your data in the account area.
- Please use the “forgot password” button in the account area.
- We will use your email address to contact you in the event of queries. It also allows us to inform you about the progress of your parcel. If you wish, we can also offer you the option of receiving news from us by email.
- No, we strictly adhere to data protection regulations and do not pass on any customer data to third parties.

- If you are a customer already, the catalogue will be sent to you automatically in mid-November.

- The return shipment is only free of charge for you if you use the enclosed return slip.
