World of REMEMBER Loyalty Programme – Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions and Scope

1.1 The World of REMEMBER loyalty programme (hereinafter referred to as the programme) is operated by:
KF Design GmbH, Nauenweg 42e, 47805 Krefeld.

(hereinafter REMEMBER or we).

1.2 The programme is open to all customers who have reached the age of 15. The following are excluded from the programme: business customers (B2B), purchases made via company accounts, as well as employees and sales representatives of KF Design GmbH.

1.3 Membership is free of charge and voluntary. No purchase is necessary to participate.

1.4 The programme applies to purchases in the online shop remember.de and remember-design.ch. Purchases in physical shops, from third-party retailers who sell REMEMBER products, and purchases via REMEMBER’s Amazon channel are expressly not included.

1.5 By registering, you accept these terms and conditions of participation as well as the General Terms and Conditions of REMEMBER.

2. Registration and Membership

2.1 Registration is carried out via the REMEMBER website. A valid email address is required to register.

2.2 Each person may only have one membership account. REMEMBER reserves the right to block or merge multiple accounts. In the event of a merger or blocking of accounts, the points contained therein will not be transferred to another account and will expire without replacement.

2.3 Membership is non-transferable. Points collected cannot be passed on or sold to third parties.

2.4 You are required to keep your account details up to date at all times. Loss of points as a result of outdated details is your responsibility.

3. Membership tiers

The programme comprises three tiers, based on annual purchase value:

  • REMEMBER Fan – from registration for the programme: 2 points per full EUR
  • REMEMBER Lover – from 250 EUR annual turnover: 3 points per full EUR
  • REMEMBER Enthusiast – from 400 EUR annual turnover: 4 points per full EUR

Tier allocation is recalculated on a rolling basis based on the last 12 months. If the turnover requirement for a tier is no longer met, a downgrade will take place at the next calculation time.

4. Collect points

4.1 Points are awarded for the following actions:

  • Sign-up to the loyalty programme: 100 points (once-off)
  • Purchase as Fan: 2 points per full EUR purchase value (per order)
  • Purchase as Lover: 3 points per full EUR purchase value (per order)
  • Purchase as Enthusiast: 4 points per full EUR purchase value (per order)
  • Write a review: 20 points (per product)
  • Review with photo: 40 points (per product)
  • Follow on Pinterest: 25 points (once-off)
  • Follow on Instagram: 25 points (once-off)
  • Follow on Facebook: 25 points (once-off)
  • Birthday (Fan tier): 50 points (annually)
  • Birthday (Lover tier): 150 points (annually)
  • Birthday (Enthusiast tier): 250 points (annually)
  • Refer a friend: 150 points (per successful referral)

4.2 Points for purchases are calculated on the basis of the value of goods excluding shipping costs and without deducting redeemed discounts. Fractional EUR amounts are rounded down (example: 39.90 EUR = 39 eligible EUR = 78 points as Fan).

4.3 Points for reviews will only be credited after the review has been published.

4.4 Social media points (Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook) are awarded once per channel.

4.5 Refer-a-friend: The referred friend must create a new account and place a first order of at least 30 EUR. Thereafter, 150 points will be credited.

4.6 Points will be shown as pending in your account immediately after the qualifying order and will be redeemable 14 days after the order date.

4.7 Points from returned purchases will be deducted proportionally.

5. Redeem points

5.1 250 points are equivalent to a discount of 5 EUR. Minimum redemption quantity: 250 points. Only one voucher can be redeemed per order.

5.2 The following redemption levels are available:

  • 250 points = 5 EUR discount
  • 500 points = 10 EUR discount
  • 750 points = 15 EUR discount
  • 1,250 points = 25 EUR discount

5.3 Redemption takes place during the checkout process in the shopping basket by selecting the desired discount level. The discount is applied directly to the order value. For your overview, the redeemed amount is also available in your customer account in the points history section.

5.4 Points cannot be redeemed for cash.

5.5 Point discounts can be combined with most voucher codes. However, only one voucher can be redeemed per order. For limited time promotional discounts (e.g. sale promotions), there may be further exceptions. Before completing your purchase, you will see in your basket whether your points will be additionally applied.

5.6 Points vouchers cannot be applied to shipping costs.

6. Validity and expiry of points

6.1 Points collected are valid for 12 months from the date of credit.

6.2 Upon termination of membership, all unredeemed points will expire.

6.3 Points cannot be transferred or inherited.

7. Additional benefits by membership tier

7.1 The following benefits are available in addition to points:

  • Exclusive competitions (from Fan tier)
  • Points campaigns / Bonus Points Events (from Fan tier)
  • Early Access & PreSale (from Lover tier)
  • Member-Only Deals & Bundles (from Lover tier)
  • Surprise Points (from Lover tier)
  • Surprise gifts & special rewards (from Enthusiast tier)
  • Free shipping (DE) / international shipping -5.95 EUR (from Enthusiast tier)
  • Participation in design decisions (from Enthusiast tier)

7.2 REMEMBER reserves the right to adjust the benefits. Significant changes to the detriment of members will be communicated according to §10.2 with at least 6 weeks' notice.

8. Refer a friend

8.1 As a member you can invite friends via your personal referral link.

8.2 The referred friend receives a 10% discount on their first order from 30 EUR.

8.3 You receive 150 points after the referred friend’s successful first order.

8.4 Self-referrals or referrals of existing members are not rewarded.

9. Data protection

9.1 The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the privacy policy at: https://www.remember.de/Datenschutz/

9.2 By registering, you agree to receive programme-related communications by email (e.g. points credits, status changes).

9.3 Marketing communications are only sent with separate consent.

10. Amendments and termination of the programme

10.1 REMEMBER reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Amendments will be communicated by email or by publication on the website.

10.2 Significant changes to your detriment will be communicated in advance with at least 6 weeks' notice.

10.3 In the event of discontinuation of the programme, points collected will remain redeemable for at least 3 months after notification.

10.4 In the event of misuse, REMEMBER reserves the right to block accounts and cancel all points collected. Abuse is deemed to include, in particular: the use of multiple accounts by the same person, false referrals, manipulated reviews, and orders with subsequent systematic returns solely for point fraud.

11. Liability

11.1 REMEMBER is not liable for technical errors in the crediting of points, unless REMEMBER is responsible for them.

11.2 REMEMBER is not liable for damages caused by misuse of the account by third parties unless REMEMBER is responsible for them.

12. Final provisions

12.1 The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.

12.2 The place of jurisdiction is Krefeld, insofar as permitted by law.

12.3 Should individual provisions be invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
