World of REMEMBER is our free loyalty programme. With every purchase, you earn points that you can redeem for discounts. The more you shop with us, the more attractive your status becomes and the more benefits you receive.

Yes, membership of the World of REMEMBER is free of charge. All you need is a customer account at REMEMBER.

To become a member of the World of REMEMBER, you need a customer account. To create a customer account, simply click on ‘Register now’, enter your details and tick the box to sign up for the World of REMEMBER loyalty programme.

Do you already have a customer account? If so, log in to your account, go to the ‘Personal Details’ section, then to the ‘Remember Loyalty Programme’ tab, and tick the box to sign up and click on ‘Save changes’.

Another way to sign up is at the checkout during your ordering process. But please note: in this case you will not be able to benefit from current promotions and gifts. Our tip: Log in to your customer account before placing your order to benefit directly from all the advantages.

No, a customer account is required for this. An account can be set up quickly and has the advantage that you can view your orders, addresses and points at any time.

That depends on your tier: as a Fan, you receive 2 points for every full euro spent on merchandise; as a Lover, 3 points; and as an Enthusiast, 4 points. For a purchase worth €40, a Fan would therefore receive 80 points.

Points from an order are credited 14 days after the purchase date. This safety margin covers the statutory cancellation period. The welcome bonus upon registration and points for social media campaigns are usually available immediately.

Points are calculated based on the net order value only. Shipping charges and any applied discounts are not taken into account.

This means that the points are still within the 14-day cooling-off period following your order. Once this period has expired and no returns have been received, the points will automatically become active and redeemable.

Your current points balance and membership tier are displayed in your customer account. You can also view your full points transaction history by clicking the ‘Points overview’ button.

Points and vouchers can usually be combined. Promotional discounts may be excluded in some cases – details can be found at checkout during the ordering process.

Your annual turnover determines your tier. If you reach €250, you automatically become a ‘Lover’; from €400, you become an ‘Enthusiast’.

When you register, you automatically start as a ‘Fan’. As soon as your annual spend exceeds €250, you become a ‘Lover’; from €400, you become an ‘Enthusiast’. The spend over the last 12 months is taken into account.

In such cases, you may be downgraded. If your 12-month turnover falls below the relevant threshold, you will automatically be downgraded by one tier. Points you have already collected remain unaffected and will not expire as a result of the downgrade.

1 point is worth 2 cents. Points can be redeemed in fixed increments: 250 points = €5, 500 points = €10, 750 points = €15, 1,250 points = €25.

During the checkout process, you’ll see the option to convert your points into a discount code in your basket. Simply select the desired discount level, copy the discount code and enter it under ‘Redeem voucher’. The amount will then be automatically applied to your shopping basket.

Points-based discounts can be combined with most voucher codes. There may be exceptions for limited-time promotional discounts. You will be able to see in your basket, before completing your purchase, whether your points will be credited in addition.

No, points can only be converted into discount vouchers for a purchase. Cash redemption is not possible.

No, points-based discounts can only be applied to the order value, not to the shipping charges.

Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are credited. They will expire at the end of this period unless they have been redeemed.

If you cancel your membership, any unredeemed points will expire. Should you rejoin the program, these points will not be credited to your account again. We therefore recommend that you redeem your points beforehand.

If items are returned, the points awarded for them will be deducted on a pro rata basis. For example, if you return products worth €40 from an order totalling €80, the points for the returned items will be deducted. You will retain the remaining points.

You can send an invitation to friends via your customer account on the World of REMEMBER page. Your friends will receive a 10% discount on their first order with a minimum value of €30. As soon as your friend has successfully placed an order, you will be credited with 150 points.

Following the successful first order placed by the referred friend. The credit will be applied in the same way as for regular order points once the 14-day waiting period has ended.

No, self-referrals and referrals to existing members are excluded from the programme.

It may happen that points from a recent order are not yet visible if they are still within the 14-day grace period or if the system is still synchronising. Please check this in your points history. If the discrepancy persists, we will be happy to forward the matter to our technical department.

The 100 welcome points are awarded upon joining the programme (not upon registering a customer account). Please check whether you have activated participation in the loyalty programme under ‘Personal details’ in your customer account. If you have done so and the points are missing, our customer service team will be happy to assist you.

No, the programme applies exclusively to purchases made in our own online shops remember.de and remember-design.ch. Purchases made in physical shops, from third-party retailers or via Amazon are not part of the programme.
