World of REMEMBER is our free loyalty programme. With every purchase, you collect points that you can convert into discounts. The more you shop with us, the more attractive your status becomes and the more benefits you receive.

Yes, membership with the World of REMEMBER is free of charge. You only need a customer account with REMEMBER.

To become a member of the World of REMEMBER, you need a customer account. To create a customer account, simply click on “Register now”, enter your details, and tick the box to sign up for the World of REMEMBER Loyalty Programme.

Do you already have a customer account? Then log in to your customer account, go to “Personal Details”, then to the “Remember Loyalty Programme” tab, tick the box to sign up and click on “Save changes”.

Another way to sign up is during checkout while placing your order. However, please note: in this case you cannot benefit from current promotions or free gifts. Our tip: Log in to your customer account before placing your order to benefit from all the advantages straight away.

No, a customer account is required for this. An account can be created quickly and has the advantage that you can view your orders, addresses and points at any time.

That depends on your tier: As a Fan, you receive 2 points per full euro of order value, as a Lover 3 points and as an Enthusiast 4 points. For an order value of €40, a Fan would therefore receive 80 points.

Points from an order are credited 14 days after the purchase date. This safety window covers the statutory cancellation period. The welcome bonus after registration and points for social media actions are generally available immediately.

Points are only calculated on the actual order value. Shipping costs and redeemed discounts are not taken into account.

This means the points are still in the 14-day grace period after your order. Once this period has expired and no returns have been received, the points will automatically become active and redeemable.

Your current points balance and tier will be shown in your customer account. Via the “Points overview” button you can also see the complete history of your points movements.

Points and vouchers can usually be combined. Promotions may be excluded in some cases – details can be found at checkout during the ordering process.

Your annual turnover determines your tier. Reach €250 and you automatically become a Lover, from €400 an Enthusiast.

You start as a Fan when registering. Once your annual turnover exceeds €250, you become a Lover; from €400, an Enthusiast. What counts is your turnover over the last 12 months.

You may then be downgraded. If your 12-month turnover falls below the respective threshold, you will automatically be downgraded one tier. Points already collected remain unaffected and do not expire due to downgrading.

1 point is worth 2 cents. Points are redeemable in fixed steps: 250 points = €5, 500 points = €10, 750 points = €15, 1,250 points = €25.

In the basket, during the ordering process, you will see the option to convert your points into a discount code. Just select the desired discount level, copy the code and enter it under “Redeem voucher”. The amount will be automatically credited to your shopping basket.

Points discounts can be combined with most voucher codes. For time-limited promotional discounts, there may be exceptions. Before completing your purchase, your basket will indicate whether your points may be additionally credited.

No, points can only be converted into discount vouchers for a purchase. Cash payout is not possible.

No, points discounts can only be credited towards the value of goods, not on shipping costs.

Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are credited. After this period, they expire if they have not been redeemed.

If you end your membership, all unused points expire. Upon returning to the programme, they will not be credited again. We therefore recommend redeeming points beforehand.

If items are returned, the points awarded for them will be deducted proportionately. For example, if you return €40 worth of products from an €80 order, the points for the returned items will be deducted. The rest will remain.

Via your customer account on the World of REMEMBER page, you can send an invitation to friends. Your friends receive 10% off their first order of at least €30. Once the friend has successfully ordered, you will receive 150 points.

After the friend's successful first order. Points will be credited the same way as regular order points, after the 14-day grace period has ended.

No, self-referrals and referrals to existing members are excluded from the programme.

It may happen that points from a recent purchase are not yet visible if they are in the 14-day grace period or the system is still synchronising. Please check this in your points history. If the discrepancy remains, we will be happy to forward the case to our technical department.

The 100 welcome points are awarded upon registering for the programme (not when registering the customer account). Please check whether you have activated participation in the loyalty programme under “Personal Details” in your customer account. If so and the points are missing, our customer service will be happy to help you.

No, the programme applies exclusively to purchases in our own online shops remember.de and remember-design.ch. Purchases in physical retail, at third-party retailers or via Amazon are not part of the programme.
