Delivery
When will my delivery arrive?
Your parcel will be delivered within 2 to 3 working days. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will, where possible, send you all available products as a partial delivery. You will not incur any additional delivery charges as a result.
Can I track my order?
Yes! As soon as your parcel is on its way, you will receive an email with a personal tracking link – provided you have entered an email address when placing your order. This allows you to track your parcel conveniently at any time.
If you have any questions about your order, our customer service team will be happy to help. Please have your order number and address to hand.
Is delivery to a Packstation possible?
Yes, that’s possible! When placing your order, simply enter your Packstation number and your DHL Post number (your personal DHL customer number) as the delivery address. You can find your nearest location using the DHL Packstation Finder.
What happens if not all items in my order are available?
If an item in your order is temporarily unavailable, we will first deliver all items in stock as a partial shipment—naturally without any additional shipping charges. The parcel will include a packing slip listing all items ordered. For the missing item, you will find an estimated delivery date. Please note that this is an approximate date.
Returns & Cancellations
How does the returns process work?
You may cancel your order within 14 days. You can easily submit your cancellation using the cancellation form on our website: www.remember.de/widerruf – alternatively by email, post or fax.

A return label is included with the parcel, which you can simply stick onto the parcel. If no return label is included, please contact our customer service team – we will be happy to help.
Please pack the items carefully and securely to prevent damage during return transit. Then return the goods to the address given above.
Who bears the cost of the return?
Returns are free of charge if you use the enclosed returns slip. If you no longer have a returns slip, please contact our customer service team – we will be happy to help. Please note that returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the goods and that items must be returned undamaged and in perfect condition.
When and how will I receive my refund after a return?
Once we have received and checked your return, we will refund the amount via the same payment method you used when placing your order. This may take up to 14 days.
The goods were delivered to my home in a damaged condition; what should I do now?
If the items or packaging arrived damaged, please contact our customer service team – we will be happy to help.

What payment methods can I use?
The selection offered may vary depending on the country of delivery and billing:

No discount is available.
Can I place an order without a customer account?
Yes, guest purchases are possible. You can place your order conveniently without having to register. However, with a customer account, you benefit from a simpler order overview and faster checkout for future orders.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, cancellations are generally no longer possible, as orders are processed and dispatched as quickly as possible. In exceptional cases, a cancellation may be possible if you contact us immediately after placing your order and we review your request in good time. Please contact our customer service immediately – however, we cannot guarantee this. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible, but you can return the goods within 14 days.
How can I redeem a discount or promotional code?
Simply enter your discount or promotional code in the field provided in the shopping basket or at checkout so that the discount is automatically applied. Please note that some codes are subject to a minimum order value and not all codes can be combined with other promotions. Please refer to the relevant offer for the exact terms and conditions.

Forgotten your login password!
Click on “Forgotten password” in the login area. Enter your email address there. We will then send you an email with a link that you can use to set a new password.
My name or address has changed – what should I do?
You can update your personal details yourself at any time in the account section. To do so, log in to your customer account and update the relevant details under the “Addresses” tab.
How can I subscribe to or unsubscribe from the newsletter?
You can easily subscribe to our newsletter via our Newsletter page Subscribe to stay informed about new products, promotions and offers. To unsubscribe, simply click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every newsletter email.
Vouchers & Retailers
Can I purchase gift cards from you?
Yes! With us, you can choose between two voucher options:
Voucher by email: After your purchase, you will receive an email with the voucher as a PDF – simply print it out and give it as a gift. Ideal if you want to surprise someone spontaneously or from afar.
Gift card by post: A high-quality folding card in a colourful envelope, which we send directly to your home by post – perfect for presenting in person or forwarding to the recipient.

Are there any stores where you can view the items in person?
Yes! You can use our retailer search on the homepage to find shops near you that stock our products. Please note, however, that our retailers do not stock our entire range and we are unfortunately unable to provide information on current availability in-store. Nevertheless, many of our products are available from selected retailers – so it’s well worth popping in!

World of REMEMBER
What is the World of REMEMBER Loyalty Programme?
The World of REMEMBER Loyalty Programme is our free loyalty scheme for regular customers. You collect points with every purchase and through other promotions, which you can redeem for attractive discounts. Participation is free and requires no minimum spend. Here you can find further information.
How do I sign up for the programme?
There are two ways to do this: As a new customer, simply tick the relevant checkbox when creating your customer account. As an existing customer, log in, go to “My Account” → “Personal Details” and expand the “Remember Loyalty Programme” tab. Once saved, your participation will be active immediately.
When will my points be credited?
Points from orders are credited 14 days after the purchase date. This period corresponds to the statutory right of withdrawal. In the points history, you will see the points as "Pending" in the meantime.
How do I redeem my points?
At checkout, select the desired discount level, copy the generated code and paste it into the "Redeem voucher" field. The discount will be applied directly to your basket.
How long are my points valid for?
Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are credited. After that, they expire automatically. We recommend redeeming points as soon as possible.
