Shipping
Which transport company will deliver my order?
Orders to Germany are usually delivered by DHL. Large-format products are delivered by DPD.
Orders with destination outside Germany will be delivered by UPS.
When will my delivery arrive?
Your ordered items will be with you within 1 to 3 working days. If an item is temporarily unavailable, we will initially send you all available products as a partial delivery if possible. You will not incur any additional shipping costs.
Can I track the shipment history?
Yes. If you have provided your email address, you will be sent a tracking number that you can use to track your parcel. If you have any questions about your order, please call us on 02151/623390.
What are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs within Germany are 5.95 euros. Different delivery and payment conditions apply for deliveries abroad. You can find more information on shipping costs here.
Do you also deliver to a different delivery address?
Yes, you can specify a billing address with a different delivery address when placing your order.
Do you also deliver abroad?
Yes, with correspondingly different shipping costs. You can find more information about the shipping costs here
Is express delivery possible?
No, we deliver within 1 to 3 working days.

iDEAL (exclusively in the Netherlands)
There is no possibility of discount deduction.

Data protection
Why do you need my email address?
We use your email address to contact you if we have any queries. It also allows us to keep you informed about the progress of your parcel. On request, we also offer you the option of receiving news from us by e-mail.
Will my data be passed on to third parties?
No, we strictly adhere to data protection regulations and do not pass on any customer data to third parties.
Why would you like to know how I heard about you?
This information is very helpful for us to be able to advertise to our target group and thus successfully sell our products.
Catalogue
When is the new REMEMBER catalogue coming?
The new catalogue is already available. You can order it by phone on 02151-623390 or use our order form on our homepage.
If you are already a customer, the catalogue will be sent to you automatically in mid-November.
Returns/returns
How does a return work?
You can cancel your order within fourteen days. You can send the cancellation by fax, e-mail or post or you can use the cancellation form on our homepage: www.remember.de/widerrufsformular and send it conveniently online. The cancellation should be sent to:

The return is only free of charge for you with the enclosed return slip.

Can I buy vouchers from you?
Yes, you can buy two different gift vouchers from us:
Gift voucher by e-mail (to a person to be gifted, e.g. if you cannot meet them in person), Voucher card by post (a nice folded card that you can also send directly to the recipient).
Are there any shops where you can view the items on site?
Yes, please use the dealer search on our homepage.
Can we also collect the goods from you?
No, unfortunately this is not possible. Only our offices are located in Krefeld.
