Guidelines for online use of the trade mark "REMEMBER"

1. principle

1.1 The trade mark REMEMBER is a registered trade mark of KF Design GmbH ("KF Design"). 

1.2 The authorised dealer recognises the rights of KF Design to theREMEMBER trademark and undertakes not to impair these trademark rights of KF Design in any way. In particular, the authorised dealer shall refrain from any form of use of the REMEMBER trademark that disparages or denigrates KF Design or theREMEMBER trademark. 

1.3 The authorised dealer shall only sell the contractual goods under the name and trademark specified by KF Design. 

1.4 The authorised dealer shall use the REMEMBER brand exclusively in connection with contract goods. 

1.5 The authorised dealer undertakes not to register the name "REMEMBER" in trade mark registers without express written consent.

2 Prohibited forms of representation

2.1 The REMEMBER brand may not be used in connection with third-party products, in particular not by using terms such as "REMEMBER-like", "inspired by REMEMBER" or comparable formulations.

2.2 KF Design operates the official REMEMBER online shop at www.remember.de. Any representation or communication that gives the impression that the authorised dealer operates an official REMEMBER shop or is in an exclusive partnership with KF Design is not permitted. 

2.3 This applies in particular to the use of the term "official shop" and/or the use of the term "online shop" or comparable formulations with the advertising of the brand "REMEMBER", e.g. in the following areas: 

• Online advertising (e.g. banners, text adverts) 
• Search engines, e.g. Google, Bing
• Meta data, page titles or SEO texts 
• URLs and domain names
• Social media channels and posts (e.g. @remember_official) 
• Product descriptions and SEO texts 
• Keyword in search engine campaigns (e.g. Google Ads, Bing Ads) 

Phrases such as "buyREMEMBER products online" are permitted.
